The managerial structure of Agra College is distinct from the rest of the Engineering Colleges. The overall control of the College rests with the Board of Trustees nominated and approved by the State Government. The Commissioner, Agra Division and the District Magistrate, Agra are exofficio President and Vice-President respectively of the Agra College Managing Committee.

The Principal, Agra College is the Secretary of the Board of Trustees as well as the Managing Committee of the Colle0e. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology has its own Governing Body consistuted by the Board of Trustees. The Commissioner, Agra Division is the President and the Principal Agra College, Agra is the Secretary of the Governing body of the Faculty.
